The owner's son now lives in Australia, and had booked the valet as a present for his father who had recently moved to Glastonbury.
So the vehicle went through a comprehensive process as follows:
- Floor mats, carpets and boot area vacuumed and shampooed
- Leather seats were cleaned and conditioned
- Dash surfaces cleaned to remove dust
- Insides of windows cleaned
- Entire vehicle exterior pre-washed, washed, rinsed, tar spots removed, industrial fallout removed, other bonded contaminants removed by claying, rinsed again and dried.
- Wheels cleaned
- Polished by hand to enhance finish and waxed to with two coats of a durable wax to add protection
- Tyres and trim dressed to restore their appearance
- Exterior windows treated with glass polish
Once the vehicle was finished, it looked much much better, and the owner was over the moon
