The customer had recently purchased the vehicle from a used car dealer in Somerset. Although initially they were happy with the appearance, both inside and out, in time it became apparent where short-cuts had been taken when preparing the car.
We carried out a Full Valet on the car in Bridgwater, Somerset as follows:

- Floor mats, carpets, fabric seats and boot area were vacuumed and then shampooed
- Dash surfaces and interior plastics cleaned
- Insides of windows cleaned
- Entire vehicle exterior pre-washed, washed, rinsed, tar spots removed, rinsed again and dried.
- Wheels cleaned with a non-acidic product, and assorted specialist brushes
- Polished by hand to enhance finish and waxed/glazed to add protection
- Tyres and trim dressed to restore their appearance
- Exterior windows treated with glass polish
